Corporate Development Business Unit (BU) is composed of three functional areas or units:
- Growth & Development (G&D)
- Center of Excellence (CoE)
1. Growth & Development (G&D)
Key Responsibilities:

Business Data & Analytics
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Data-driven Decisioning
- Leverage data analytics to inform business strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure that all decisions are backed by reliable data.

Growth - Customer Acquisition
- Collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to acquire new customers.
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies.

Expansion - Outlets
- Plan and execute the expansion of outlets, both company-owned (COCO) and franchise-owned (FOFO).
- Identify potential locations for new outlets.

Outlet Onboarding & Readiness
- Oversee the onboarding process for channel partners and licensees.
- Ensure proper outlet setup in collaboration with vendors and facilities management.
2. Center of Excellence (CoE)
Key Responsibilities:

Outlet Partner Trainings
- Develop and deliver training programs for outlet partners to ensure operational excellence.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to partners.

Base Kitchen Trainings
- Conduct training sessions for base kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and safety.
- Ensure consistency in food quality across all locations.

Quality Assurance
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain product standards.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.

Food Production Audits
- Perform audits of food production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Kitchen Design & Set-up
- Provide expertise in kitchen design and setup for new outlets.
- Ensure that kitchen layouts are efficient and conducive to high-quality food production.
