| Recipe |

Recipe for Kairi Panna Detox: |
|
1. In a pressure cooker, boil raw mango for 3 whistles with water. |
|
2. Sieve boiled raw mango and let it cool. |
|
3. In a large bowl, add water and remove the pulp and deseed mango. |
|
4. Add mint, sugar, and roasted cumin in mango pulp. Grind this pulp in a mixer with ice. |
|
5. Add black salt, salt, and chaat masala. |

Recipe for Kairi Panna (Single Portion): |
|
1. In a shaker, add Kairi Panna Detox and water. |
|
2. Add half amount of ice. |
|
3. Shake well and serve in a glass with remaining amount of ice. |
