Ingredients
Kairi Panna Detox:
Raw Mango (boiled) 5 kg
Sugar 1400 gm
Water 2500 ml
Mint Leaves 130 gm
Roasted Cumin 60 gm
Chat Masala 30 gm
Black Salt 30 gm
Salt 40 gm
Ice 500 gm
For Kairi Panna (Single Portion):
Kairi Panna Detox 100 ml
Water 150 ml
Ice 15 pcs
Recipe
1. Recipe for Kairi Panna Detox:
1. In a pressure cooker, boil raw mango for 3 whistles with water.
2. Sieve boiled raw mango and let it cool.
3. In a large bowl, add water and remove the pulp and deseed mango.
4. Add mint, sugar, and roasted cumin in mango pulp. Grind this pulp in a mixer with ice.
5. Add black salt, salt, and chaat masala.
2. Recipe for Kairi Panna (Single Portion):
1. In a shaker, add Kairi Panna Detox and water.
2. Add half amount of ice.
3. Shake well and serve in a glass with remaining amount of ice.

4. Learning:
- Kairi Panna pulp quantity increased from 100 ml to 110 ml.
- Quantity of black salt increased from 14 gm to 18 gm.
- Can add aromatic spices like cardamom or saffron.
- Boiling of raw mango should be fixed.
- Quantity of mint should be increased.

3. 19th April - V3: Infused with soda - Rejected.
28th May: Approved & launched at XC (Pink Adrak).
