Ingredients - Idli: 14 pcs
- Sweet Curd: 190 ml
- Oil: 15 ml
- Whole Red Chilli: 1 gm
- Mustard Seeds: 0.5 gm
- Curry Patta: 0.5 gm
- Chopped Green Chilli: 3 gm
- Sweet Chutney: 15 ml
- Green Chutney: 15 ml
- Anar Dana: 5 gm
- Zero Namkeen: 10 gm
Recipe 1. Take a fry pan, add oil.
2. Make tempering of mustard seeds, curry patta, and whole red chilli.
3. Add chopped green chilli.
4. Now add idli and toss it for 1 minute on low heat.
5. Take the idli out in a dish, then add sweet curd.
6. Add green chutney and sweet chutney.
7. Garnish with tempering, zero namkeen, and anardana.
