Recipe | 1. Take a fry pan, add oil. |
2. Make tempering of mustard seeds, curry patta, and whole red chilli. | |
3. Add chopped green chilli. | |
4. Now add idli and toss it for 1 minute on low heat. | |
5. Take the idli out in a dish, then add sweet curd. | |
6. Add green chutney and sweet chutney. | |
7. Garnish with tempering, zero namkeen, and anardana. | |
