Ingredients For Batter:
- Suji: 1000 gm
- Curd: 800 gm
- Water: 400 ml
- Salt: 20 gm
- ENO: 15 gm
- Baking Powder: 10 gm
For One Portion:
- Oil: 10 ml
- Mustard Seed: 0.5 gm
- Curry Patta: 2-3 no
- Chopped Green Chilli: 1 gm
- Idli: 16 no.
- Green Capsicum: 40 gm
- Jeeravan: 0.5 gm
Recipe For Making Idli Batter:
1. In a mixing bowl, take suji and salt. Mix them well.
2. Add curd and water. Let it soak for 15 mins.
3. Add ENO and baking powder just before cooking.
4. Steam in idli steamer.
One Portion:
1. Take a pan, add oil.
2. Make tempering of rai & curry patta.
3. Add green capsicum and sauté well.
4. Add idli and cook well.
5. Sprinkle jeeravan masala.
6. Add chopped coriander.
