Recipe | For Making Idli Batter: |
1. In a mixing bowl, take suji and salt. Mix them well. | |
2. Add curd and water. Let it soak for 15 mins. | |
3. Add ENO and baking powder just before cooking. | |
4. Steam in idli steamer. | |
One Portion: | |
1. Take a pan, add oil. | |
2. Make tempering of rai & curry patta. | |
3. Add green capsicum and sauté well. | |
4. Add idli and cook well. | |
5. Sprinkle jeeravan masala. | |
6. Add chopped coriander. | |
