Ingredients For Chila Paste:
- Moong Dal Sabut: 150 gm
- Ginger: 10 gm
- Green Chili: 20 gm
- Salt: 2 gm
- Besan: 50 gm
- Jeera: 3 gm
- Water: 200 gm
For Paneer Stuffing:
- Paneer Grated: 350 gm
- Onion Chopped: 100 gm
- Tomato: 100 gm
- Salt: 5 gm
- Green Chili: 10 gm
- Chopped Coriander: 5 gm
Recipe Chila Paste:
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend well to a coarse smooth paste. Chila paste is ready.
Chila Paneer Mix:
1. Add grated paneer, chopped tomato, chopped onion, green chili, salt, and chopped coriander. Mix well.
High Protein Chila (One Portion):
1. On a medium heat tawa, spread 120 gm of chila paste.
2. Spread well while making a round shape. Cook well.
3. Now place chila paneer mix (135 gm) on chila and fold well.
4. High protein chila is ready.
