Recipe | Chila Paste: |
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend well to a coarse smooth paste. Chila paste is ready. | |
Chila Paneer Mix: | |
1. Add grated paneer, chopped tomato, chopped onion, green chili, salt, and chopped coriander. Mix well. | |
High Protein Chila (One Portion): | |
1. On a medium heat tawa, spread 120 gm of chila paste. | |
2. Spread well while making a round shape. Cook well. | |
3. Now place chila paneer mix (135 gm) on chila and fold well. | |
4. High protein chila is ready. | |
