Fresh Coriander 5 gm
Garlic 10 gm
Onion 30 gm
Green Chili (chopped) 20 gm

For Hummus
Raw Chole 300 gm
Tahini Sauce 40 gm
Salt 6 gm
White Pepper 1 gm
Garlic 15 gm
Olive Oil 60 ml
Ice 10 pcs
For Falafel Wrap
Tortilla Wrap 1 pcs
Hummus 40 gm
Onion Slice 40 gm
Tomato Slice 30 gm
Falafel Tiki 60 gm (2 pcs)
Lettuce Leaf 1 pcs
Butter for Grilling 5 gm

Recipe

Steps
Recipe For Falafel Mixture:
1. Take a blender and put soaked chole, fresh coriander, mint leaves, garlic, salt, and onion. Blend to a coarse mixture.
2. Divide the mixture into 30 gm tiki and shape them.
3. Half fry them and store for a day.
Recipe for Hummus:
4. In a blender, take boiled chole, garlic, tahini sauce, olive oil, salt, white pepper, and some ice. Pulse blend to a fine paste.
5. Season with lemon juice and paprika before use.
Assembling the Wrap:
6. Take a tortilla wrap and spread hummus evenly on one side.
7. Make a salad using onion and tomato slices seasoned with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss it together.
8. Put this salad on the tortilla wrap, add the fried tiki, and make a wrap.
