Recipe
Steps |
---|
1. Soak the soya granule in water and milk for 1 hour. |
2. In a pan, heat oil, then add whole spices. |
3. Once spices start spluttering, add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chili; sauté well. |
4. Add chopped onion and sauté until brown. Then add turmeric powder and chopped tomato; cook until oil separates. |
5. Add dry powdered spices and cook until well combined, then add the soaked soya. After 2 minutes, add butter, fried onions, and garnish with chopped coriander. |
6. Cool it completely. Make a paratha with 50 gm of palak atta dough. Add the soya mixture and serve. |
7. Mix mayo and green chutney and serve it with the roll. |
