Ingredients - Boiled Millet Khichdi – 280ml
- Ghee – 20ml
- Chopped Garlic – 3gm
- Chopped Ginger – 2gm
- Jeera – 1gm
- Hing – 0.5gm
- Chopped Green Chilli – 3gm
- Chopped Onion – 30gm
- Salt – 2gm
- Black Pepper – 1gm
- Chopped Beans – 10gm
- Capsicum – 10gm
- Peas – 10gm
- Carrot – 10gm
- Cauliflower – 15gm
- Curd – 140gm
- Roasted Cumin Powder – 0.5gm
Recipe 1. In a pan, add ghee, sauté ginger and garlic till golden brown.
2. Add cumin, hing, chopped onion, and chopped green chilli.
3. Add vegetables (beans, capsicum, peas, carrot, cauliflower) and sauté for 2 minutes.
4. Add salt and turmeric powder.
5. Add boiled millet khichdi into the pan.
6. Add chopped coriander, salt, and black pepper.
7. Check seasoning and garnish with ghee and chopped coriander.
8. Serve warm.
