Ingredients | For Rice Boiling: - Rice – 500gm - Water – 800ml - Elaichi – 1pc - Black Cardamom – 1pc - Tej Patta – 1pc - DalChini – 1(1/2 inch) pc - Clove – 3pcs - Black Pepper – 4pcs - Javitri – 0.5gm For Tossing Rice: - Boiled Rice – 170gm - Jeera – 2gm - Mint leaves – 2gm - Garam Masala – 1.25gm - Salt – 1.25gm - Ginger Julienne – 3gm For Stuffing: - Granule Soyabean – 100gm - Water – 200ml - Milk Toned – 200ml - Oil – 60ml - Jeera – 2gm - Clove – 1.25gm - Tejpatta – 1pc - Black Pepper – 1.25gm - Elaichi – 1pc - Black Cardamom – 1pc - Dalchini – 1pc - Chopped Garlic – 15gm - Chopped Onion – 200gm - Chopped Ginger – 10gm - Chopped Green Chili – 20gm - Turmeric Powder – 2gm - Deggi Mirch Powder – 4gm - Red Chili Powder – 3gm - Coriander Powder – 5gm - Salt – 5gm - Chopped Tomato – 100gm - Garam Masala – 2.5gm - Chopped Coriander – 5gm - Butter – 20ml - Soaked Granule Soya – 380gm - Lemon Juice – 2.5ml |
Recipe | For Boiling Rice: 1. Take raw rice, wash them twice. In handi, boil water with whole spices (Elaichi, Black Cardamom, Tej Patta, DalChini, Clove, Black Pepper, Javitri) and salt. 2. Once the water boils, add rice and boil again. 3. Cover and cook until rice absorbs water. For Tossing: 1. In a kadhai, heat oil and add jeera. Toss boiled rice for 2 minutes. 2. Add mint leaves, ginger julienne, garam masala, and salt. For Soya Mixture: 1. Soak granule soya in milk and water for 1 hour. 2. In a kadhai, heat oil and add jeera, clove, tej patta, black pepper, elaichi, black cardamom, and dalchini. Let them splutter. 3. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Once browned, add chopped green chili. 4. Add chopped onion and sauté till golden brown. Add turmeric and tomatoes. 5. Add deggi mirch powder, dhaniya powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates from the masala. 6. Add soaked soya granule, butter, fried onion, and chopped coriander. Toss for 2 minutes. 7. Add lemon juice and cool completely. |
