Steps |

For Pesto Dip: |
1. In a pan, take water and bring it to a boil. |
2. Close the stove and add basil, blanch for 30 seconds. |
3. Sieve it. |
4. In a mixer jar, add blanched basil, parmesan cheese, walnut, and garlic. |
5. Grind it and add olive oil in steps. |
6. Make a smooth coarse paste. Add salt and white pepper last. |
For Stuffing: |
1. In a pan, heat oil and butter. |
2. Add julienne onion and garlic; sauté for 2 minutes. |
3. Add finger-cut paneer and season with spices. |
4. Lastly, add processed cheese. |
For Assembling: |
1. Take a single portion of paratha (50 gm), roll it to medium thickness, and add salt and black pepper. |
2. Cook for 1 minute. |
3. Spread the pesto. |
4. Place the stuffing and grate cheese on top. |
5. Roll it and heat in a Merry Chef oven. |
