Ingredients - Raw Quinoa – 60gm
- Boiled Quinoa – 150gm
- Boiled Broccoli – 40gm
- Boiled Carrot – 25gm
- Chopped Onion – 50gm
- Fried Peanut – 10gm
- Oil – 7.5ml
- Mustard Seeds – 0.5gm
- Curry Leaves – 4-5 pcs
- Chaat Masala – 2gm
- Butter – 10gm
- Salt – 1gm
- Lemon Juice – 5ml
- Lemon Slice – 1pc
- Chopped Coriander – 1gm
- Chopped Tomato – 10gm
Recipe 1. In a frying pan, add oil and temper mustard seeds and curry leaves.
2. Add vegetables and sauté on medium-high flame.
3. Add quinoa, peanuts, sprinkle chaat masala, and salt. Sauté well.
4. Add butter before removing from heat.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander, chopped tomato, and a lemon slice on the side.
