Ingredients | For Idli Batter: - Ragi Atta – 100gm - Suji – 100gm - Finely Chopped Green Capsicum – 20gm - Finely Chopped Beans – 20gm - Finely Grated Carrot – 20gm - Chopped Green Chili – 2gm - Curd – 90ml - Salt – 2gm - Black Pepper – 1gm - ENO – 2.5gm - Water – 100ml - Chopped Coriander – 2gm For Idli Platter: - Ragi Idli – 20pcs - Oil – 5ml - Mustard Seeds – 0.5gm - Curry Leaves – 5-6pcs - Jeerawan Masala – 0.5gm |
Recipe | For Idli Batter: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine Ragi flour, Suji, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. 2. Add shredded carrot, chopped beans, chopped coriander, and chopped capsicum. Mix well. 3. Add curd and water to the mixture and let it rest for 15 minutes. 4. Before steaming, add ENO and steam immediately for 7 minutes. For Idli Platter: 1. In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. 2. Add the prepared Ragi Idlis and toss them. 3. Add Jeerawan Masala and serve with red chutney. |
