Steps |
---|
For Boiling Rajma: |
1. In a pressure cooker, add rajma and water; give 3 whistles. |
2. Let it cool down and wash it under cold water. |
For Making the Stuffing: |
1. In a pan, add oil and butter. |
2. Add green chili, ginger, garlic, oregano, chili flakes, sliced onion, and rajma; toss it. |
3. Add chili garlic sprinkle and chopped coriander, then let it cool. |
For Making Salsa: |
1. In a bowl, add finely chopped onion, green chili, and tomatoes. |
2. Add salt and black pepper; garnish with chopped coriander. |
At the Time of Assembling: |
1. Spread green mayo on paratha and broccoli. |
2. Make the paratha and place the stuffing with a layer of onion salsa; roll it up. |
