Ripplewalk Workplace Policy

1. Business Hours

  • Office Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Standard Business Hours: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM IST
  • Scope: All Ripplewalk Employees

2. Workplace Guidelines

  1. Attendance is mandatory in the office from Monday to Friday, unless the employee has opted for leave or work-from-home provision in advance, approved by the reporting manager.
  2. Employees are required to check-in and check-out on the HRMS in the office premises for their attendance.
  3. Default weekly offs for the COO business unit must be taken on Sundays or with prior approval from the reporting manager.
  4. Personal devices are prohibited from connecting with the Ripplewalk music console.
  5. Employees are required to apply for leaves directly on the HRMS; they can only avail them once they have been approved by their reporting manager.

3. Work-from-Home (WFH)

  • Permitted Days for WFH Count: 4 Days/Month or 50 Days in a Calendar Year
  • Monthly Cap for WFH: 5 Days
  • Notification: When opting for WFH, it’s mandatory to inform the reporting manager at least 2 days in advance.
  • Scope: All Ripplewalk Employees
Terms:
  • This facility is provided to enhance trust and accountability among employees while offering flexibility for emergencies or personal reasons.
  • The benefit of WFH is only available after the probation period (i.e., 3 months from the date of joining).
  • Depending on the Business Unit and Nature of Work, this needs to be communicated with the Reporting Manager.
  • The employee may be asked to reschedule their WFH days based on business requirements.
  • The Reporting Manager can revoke the WFH rights for any employee who fails to justify their quality and quantity of work for that period or if their nature of work does not allow for remote work.

4. Meals and Beverages

  • Scope of Benefit: Pink Adrak Menu
Terms:
  • Discount: 60% discount on the billed invoice for RW Employees only with registered mobile numbers.
  • Complimentary tea can be availed twice a day.
  • All Ripplewalk staff are permitted to bring meals from home and can utilize the microwave and tableware available in the Rishikesh area.
  • Home-cooked meals are allowed in Goa & Rishikesh areas only.
  • Pink Adrak invoiced meals must be consumed in the outlet; takeaways are not allowed with the aforementioned employee discounts.
  • The discount is not applicable on bulk orders.
