For Stuffing:
Chopped Onion 50 gm
Green Capsicum 50 gm
Salt 1 gm
Black Pepper 1 gm
Chilli Flakes 1 gm
Oregano 0.5 gm
For Assembling:
Processed Cheese 50 gm
Butter 10 ml
Focaccia Bread 1 pcs

Recipe

Steps
1. Cut onion and capsicum into dice of 3 mm.
2. Add both in a bowl and mix with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, and oregano.
3. Grate half of the cheese in a mixer and mix well with the vegetables.
4. Slice focaccia in half and grate processed cheese on one slice.
5. Add the vegetable stuffing on top of the cheese.
6. Grate processed cheese again and cover with the other slice of focaccia.
7. Bake it in a Merry Chef.
