Recipe
Steps |
---|
1. Cut onion and capsicum into dice of 3 mm. |
2. Add both in a bowl and mix with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, and oregano. |
3. Grate half of the cheese in a mixer and mix well with the vegetables. |
4. Slice focaccia in half and grate processed cheese on one slice. |
5. Add the vegetable stuffing on top of the cheese. |
6. Grate processed cheese again and cover with the other slice of focaccia. |
7. Bake it in a Merry Chef. |
